Empire, Royal Liquors, Radio FM Media (hereinafter “sponsors”) will conduct the contest on the above listed contest date(s) for a chance to win a Red Camaro Convertible.
Contest can be entered at Empire & Royal Liquors beginning 6/2019 through TBD. No purchase necessary. Each contestant must fill out an official entry blank for the chance to win. Any illegible entries will be considered ineligible to win. Two qualifiers will be drawn from each location every week and entered into the final drawing along with ten registrations received at final giveaway TBD.
The Grand Prize Winner must come to the Radio FM Media location at 2720 7th Ave S, Fargo at a mutually agreed date and time at least two weeks prior to the delivery of the grand prize.
The contest is open to persons 21 years of age and older. Employees of sponsors and their immediate families may not participate and are not eligible to win. The term “immediate families” includes spouses, grandparents, parents, siblings, children, and grandchildren. Difficulties with getting to locations to enter the contest or participate in the final drawing are not the responsibility of sponsors. As winner of the grand prize you will be required to sign a release form before your prize will be awarded. You will be responsible for all applicable title fees, registration fees, and taxes including state, local and federal and therefore must present a valid Social Security card before claiming your prize. As a grand prize winner, you acknowledge that sponsors have the right to, without further authorization, publicize your name, character likeness, photograph, voice and the fact that you are a grand prize winner for promotional purposes without financial remuneration. There is no purchase necessary to enter to win the contest. Void where prohibited.
Sponsors reserve the right to award a prize of similar value. Winner cannot request substitute prize. Participation in the contest and the prize awarded are non-transferable. Failure to collect the prize within 30 days constitutes forfeiture of the prize. If forfeited, the prize will remain the property of the sponsors. Another winner will not be selected. Sponsors reserve the right to make rule or contest changes without notice at any time. Sponsors also reserve the right to change the aforementioned dates without notice. The decision of sponsors in the interpretation of these rules is final. By participating or entering, persons agree to be bound by the sponsors and the official contest rules. If the winner is found in violation of the rules, he/she will be required to forfeit his/her prize. Sponsors and their representatives, agencies and employees, are not responsible for any liabilities arising directly or indirectly from the award or use of the prize.
